Opori ponovi ,popravi ali ne odustaj !! Od kospica dinje i bistama su postale prve narukvice i lančiću . Od plastičnih komada neobične mindjuse . Ugrijani igla prva pomoć na putu novog licnog trenda koji biva primjećene od okoline. Sa vremenom se mjenjaju materijali ,tehnike i kvalitete.Tako uz kamen dolaze koralji,biseri lava. Uz konac i vunu dolazi svila i sajla.Kopce postaju zlatne i srebrene .Modeli rado nošeni od mladih i dama sa ukusom rađeni sa ljubavlju sve do danas . Idemo dalje sa novim idejama

My name is Elma Frzina, and I am a Master’s-prepared Registered Nurse and a Certified Health Coach. As the owner of Pin-It Health, I am dedicated to enhancing individuals' quality of life through a comprehensive approach that includes weight management, lifestyle modifications, and advanced regenerative techniques.
My focus extends to stem cell regeneration and the reversal of aging processes. By "reversed aging," I refer to the concept of leveraging stem cell therapies to promote cellular repair and regeneration. Research indicates that stem cells have the potential to rejuvenate damaged tissues and improve overall health, thereby contributing to a longer and healthier life. Studies have shown that stem cell therapies can support the body’s natural healing processes, potentially mitigating the effects of aging and promoting longevity (Smith et al., 2021; Johnson & Lee, 2022).
At Pin-It Health, my goal is to provide evidence-based interventions that harness these advancements for the benefit of my clients.

Moje ime je Elma Frzina. Kao stručnjakinja u medicini i certificirani zdravstveni coach, imam svoju zdravstevnu firumu koja se zove Pin-It Health. Pomažem ljudima da poboljšaju kvalitet života kroz upravljanje težinom, promjene u životnim navikama i nove metode za regeneraciju.
Jedna od zanimljivih stvari koje radimo je korištenje matičnih ćelija kako bismo pomogli tijelu da se popravlja i ostane mladoliko. Oduvjek sam imala viziju da sam predodređena i nagrađena , drugacija i da sam ja ta koja mogu, želim, hoću i uspjevam pomoći onima kojima je potrebna pomoć. Tako i Sedinin Bazar odrađuje akcije u potpori vizije programa na koji nacin osmisliti suradnju sa institucijama koje brinu o mladim osobama sa visokom stopom invaliditeta i Vizija prerasta u moju misiju koja sada već proširuje platformu Sedininog Bazara u jednu novu stepenicu saradnje i novih ogranaka djelatnosti. Odgovorno tvrdim da mojim zalaganjem i radom na sebi prvenstveno sam svoj ,kao i život moje porodice učinila mnogo kvalitetnijim i vrijednim življenja. Aktivnosti Sedininog Bazara su usmjerene na potporu programa za professionalnu rehabilitaciju i edukaciju osoba sa visokom stopom invaliditeta i u konacnici otvaranju radnih mjesta za iste
Već trideset godina u Chicagu, ali ipak samo je jedan dom i moja putanja djelovanja sa Bazarom je orijentisana na moju jedinu domovinu BIH.

It all started in 2014 dinner at my house and idea of us 15 friends to help one family un Bosnia then after that another family and one idea led to another and since then been helping from here USA to BIH feeding homeless to visiting seniors in pandemic delivering groceries to our seniors, iftars during Ramadan .(3 houses built in Bosnia 10 remodeled alhamdulillah)i always tell people 
BE THE CHANGE YOU WANT TO SEE IN OTHERS
This is my passion and therapy I feel great when we help those underprivileged because it hurts me seeing anyone struggle .
We are HELP FROM USA TO BIH INC
And our goal is to be bridge from USA to BiH
Here in USA we deliver SENIORS food boxes and organize workshops and field trips for them as well.HOMELESS outreach daily We help DV victims with furniture, home essentials when they start new life.We were refugees when we came so we are very passionate in helping asylum seekers and refugees. BOSNIA AND HERZEGOVINA we build houses for those in need ,help families start their own small business so they don't live in poverty. We help single mothers here and in Bosnia to overcome hardships and difficult times in their lives .During Ramadan we deliver iftars here and in Bosnia to seniors and families facung hardships.
Our goal is to improve lives of those living in poverty and help them achieve success .
